You are encouraged to book your accommodation through the Convention Secretariat to enjoy competitive rates and so that we can keep you informed of any changes to the program. 

1. Intercontinental Adelaide

This 5 star hotel is located on the picturesque River Torrens adjacent to the Adelaide Convention Centre and Skycity Casino.

Room types and rates:

• King room: one king bed - $220

NB: The rooms are serviced daily which includes a general tidy and removal of rubbish. The bed linen will be changed daily, however the hotel encourages delegates to follow their green policy and ask for the bed linen to only be changed after their departure.

2. The Sebel Playford

This 5 star hotel is set in the heart of the city’s vibrant North Terrace, opposite the Adelaide Convention Centre.

Room types and rates:

• Playford Guest room: one queen bed in a single or two queen beds in a twin room. Available in a single, double or twin room - $219
• Deluxe Guest room: one king bed. Available in single, double or twin room - $239
• Studio Spa suite: Available in a single or double room - $289

NB: The rooms are serviced daily which includes a general tidy, removal of rubbish and the bed linen changed. However, if you use the do not disturb sign, the room will not be serviced.

3. Oaks Horizons

These 4.5 star modern apartments are conveniently located on North Terrace, opposite the Adelaide Convention Centre and Skycity Casino.

Room types and rates:

• One bedroom deluxe apartment: one queen bed with full kitchenette, dining area and laundry facilities. Maximum 2 adults - $165
• Two bedroom deluxe apartment: one queen bed and one double bed with full kitchenette, dining area, one bathroom and laundry facilities. Maximum 4 adults - $225

NB:  The apartments are serviced daily which includes a general tidy and removal of rubbish. However, the bed linen will only be changed weekly or after your departure.

4. Oaks Embassy

These 4.5 star contemporary apartments are conveniently located on North Terrace, opposite the Adelaide Convention Centre.

Room types and rates:

• One bedroom deluxe apartment: one king split bed with full kitchenette, dining area and laundry facilities. Maximum 2 adults - $165
• One bedroom executive apartment: one king split bed, designer kitchen and 2 person spa bath. Maximum 2 adults - $190
• Two bedroom deluxe apartment: one king split bed and one queen bed with full kitchenette, one bathroom and laundry facilities. Maximum 4 adults - $225
• Three bedroom executive apartment: one king split bed and two queen beds with full kitchen, two bathrooms and laundry facilities. Maximum 6 adults - $369

5. Mercure Grosvenor

(3 & 4 star)

This historic hotel with 3 and 4 star rooms, is set in the middle of the action and located directly opposite the Adelaide Convention Centre.

Room types and rates:

• Economy room (3*): one queen bed with small ensuite. Available in a double or twin room - $130
• Standard room (4*): one queen bed with ensuite bathroom. Available in a double or twin room - $180
• Deluxe room (4*): one queen bed with ensuite bathroom. Available in a double or twin room - $210

NB: The rooms are serviced daily which includes a general tidy and removal of rubbish. If you are staying multiple nights, the bed linen will be changed every third night or after your departure.

Accommodation Cancellation Policy

Cancellations of accommodation must be submitted in writing to the Convention Secretariat before Monday, 13 September 2010. Accommodation deposits will NOT be refunded on or after Monday, 13 September 2010.

Delegates who confirm attendance and provide credit card details but do not advise of cancellation before the 30 day period of conference commencement will incur charges for the 'no-show' rate, as penalised by the hotel. This charge is calculated as the room rate per night multiplied by the dates booked and secured. Please ensure that the accommodation dates are correct on this confirmation.
