Registration Information

You are encouraged to book your accommodation through the Convention Secretariat to enjoy competitive rates and so that we can keep you informed of any changes to the program. Transfers to the Convention Centre will be organised for the delegates that book through the Convention Secretariat.

Cancellation Policy

1. Novotel Darwin Atrium

Located in the city centre and overlooking the harbour, the Novotel is a short stroll to the dining and entertainment hub in Mitchell Street.

Accommodation and Location Map

Accommodation Cancellation Policy

Cancellations of accommodation must be submitted in writing to the Convention Secretariat before Wednesday, 10 September 2008. Accommodation deposits will NOT be refunded on or after Wednesday, 10 September 2008.

Delegates who confirm attendance and provide credit card details but do not advise of cancellation before the 30 day period of conference commencement will incur charges for the 'no-show' rate, as penalised by the hotel. This charge is calculated at the room rate per night multiplied by the dates booked and secured. Please ensure that the accommodation dates are correct on this confirmation.
