Where is the convention being held? When is the Convention being held? What is the Conference dress code?
Do I need to pre-select which sessions I attend? Stream A focuses on management/operational issues. Stream B focuses on governance issues. Stream C, a new addition for 2009, will run on Wednesday 11 November only and focuses on issues relevant to small credit unions and building societies. The Emerging Leader program is an interactive workshop style program. As such, delegates registering as Emerging Leaders will be required to attend all the EL sessions. When does registration close? Should I have received a confirmation letter? What happens if I am unable to attend and need to cancel my registration? Cancellations of accommodation must be submitted in writing to the Convention Secretariat before Friday 25 September 2009. Accommodation deposits will NOT be refunded on or after Friday 25 September 2009. Delegates who confirm attendance and provide credit card details but do not advise of cancellation before the 30 day period of conference commencement will incur charges for the 'no-show' rate, as penalised by the hotel. This charge is calculated as the room rate per night multiplied by the dates booked and secured. Please ensure that the accommodation dates are correct on your registration.
