*To register as an Emerging Leader you are required to attend the full Emerging Leader Stream program - see Emerging Leader page on this website for further details.
**An Exhibitor pass allows access to the exhibition only. It does not entitle attendance at any convention sessions.
Method of Payment
- No registrations will be confirmed until payment is received. Payment can be made by the following methods:
- personal or company cheque made payable to Abacus - Australian Mutuals;
- for credit unions only, Abacus – Australian Mutuals to debit the full amount from Cuscal Central Bank Account; and
- MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Diners.
Cancellation of Registration
Cancellations received in writing by 25 September 2009, will incur a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations received after 25 September 2009 will receive NO refund. A replacement delegate can be sent with no penalty charge but must be advised to the Convention Secretariat in writing.
Registration Desk Opening Hours
The registration desk will be open at the following times and is located in the foyer area of Gold Coast Convention & Exhibition Centre:
- Sunday 8 November 20091000 - 1700
- Monday 9 November 2009 0800 - 1730
- Tuesday 10 November 2009 0715 - 1730
- Wednesday 11 November 2009 0830 - 1730
